What should I expect?
COME AS YOU ARE.
Walking into a new church can feel a little intimidating. We want to make it as easy as possible.
At East Bay, you’ll find people from different generations and walks of life coming together to pursue Jesus. Our services include passionate worship, biblical teaching, prayer, and room for the Holy Spirit to move.
We’re not interested in putting on a show or pretending to have everything figured out. We want to be an authentic community where people can encounter the presence of God and grow together.
Wear what you’re comfortable in. Bring your family. Grab some coffee. We’ll be glad you’re here.
THE NEXT GENERATION BELONGS HERE.
At East Bay, we believe kids and teenagers aren’t just the future of the Church… they’re an important part of the Church right now.
That’s why our elementary-age kids and teenagers worship alongside the rest of our church family on Sundays. We value generations worshiping together, seeing one another pursue Jesus, and experiencing the presence of God together.
After worship, elementary students and teens are dismissed to our NextGen Wing for engaging, age-appropriate biblical teaching. Our youngest kids have environments designed especially for them throughout the entire service.
When you arrive, one of our team members will be happy to help you check in your children and show you where everything is.

Your child’s safety matters to us. Every volunteer who serves with children or teenagers under 18 is required to have a current background check on file.
WHAT ARE SERVICES LIKE?
We want the Holy Spirit to have room to move.
When we gather, we want to focus our attention on Jesus and be sensitive to what the Holy Spirit is doing. We come prepared, but we also believe there should be room for God to interrupt our plans.
Worship at East Bay is passionate and expressive. You’ll see people lift their hands, come forward for prayer, worship loudly, or simply stand quietly in God’s presence. There’s freedom here… not to perform or worship a certain way, but to genuinely respond to God.
You can also expect bold, biblical teaching. We believe the Bible is God’s Word, and we aren’t afraid to let it challenge us, encourage us, and shape the way we live.
We believe the Holy Spirit still speaks, still gives gifts, still heals, and still changes lives. Whether it happens through worship, prayer, the preaching of the Word, or something we didn’t plan for, we want to give Him room to work.
